QR menu and table ordering. Zero commission.
You pay one flat monthly price, whatever your order volume. Orders placed through your own QR menu carry no commission.
Manage your menu in up to eight languages, your tables, your orders and your bills from one screen. Your venue is also listed on XposeGo, where guests search for a place to eat.
You update the menu once.
Guests see it everywhere, instantly.
Most restaurant software publishes your menu only to your own website. MenuXpose also publishes it to XposeGo, our public listing service. Change a price, mark a dish sold out or open a table, and the listing updates within seconds.
The management app. Menus, prices, allergens, tables, orders, staff and hours. Edit once, in your own language, and every page updates within seconds.
The public listing. Travelers, locals and regulars searching for somewhere to eat near you see tonight's menu, tonight's prices and tonight's free tables, not an old PDF.
Built for table service and counter service.
Sit-down restaurants and counter-service venues both work. The app decides who carries the food based on where the order was placed, and tells the guest.

Built for independent owners, from a single location to a group. On Elite, each additional outlet is $175 a month, with no cap on the number of outlets.
One venue, from sign-up to the weekly report.
Eight steps, from claiming your venue to reviewing your weekly analytics. Each step lists the features involved and the plan that includes them.
Claim your venue and get your page
Find your address, verify that you work there, set your hours and the payment methods you accept at the counter. Your venue is listed on XposeGo before you pay anything.

Sections, prices and descriptions
Type your menu in, or upload a photo or PDF of your printed menu and we read it for you. Descriptions are drafted for you on request, and allergens are proposed but never published until your kitchen approves them.

A listing that is always current
Your XposeGo listing shows the same menu your kitchen works from. The language follows the guest's phone settings, and your Google rating appears on the listing, where guests compare venues.

Guests scan, order and pay at the table
Each table has its own QR code, and a four-digit staff code confirms the guest is at the table, so nobody outside the venue can order to a table. Card payment is taken on your own page, straight into your own Stripe account. The card is held when the guest orders and charged when the kitchen accepts.

Every table's status on one screen
Each table shows one color for its status, and amber means a guest is waiting. Includes a digital call bell, tonight's history per table, and a board that resets at close.

Accept, refuse or let the order expire
Accept and capture payment, refuse, or let the hold expire on its own. The card is authorized when the order arrives and charged only when you accept, so a refused order costs the guest nothing.

Guests request a booking. You approve or decline.
Set service windows and party sizes. You approve or decline every request, not a marketplace. Guests book from your XposeGo listing and the request appears here.

Weekly analytics: covers by hour, dish and source
Counts, not people: no guest is tracked between venues. An automated report is emailed to you every Monday, and Elite reports across every outlet together.

A screen recording of the real app.
This is a screen recording of the app a venue signs into: the live menu, the printable QR codes, then the weekly analytics. No mockups and no retouching.
From QR scan to the kitchen in four minutes.
Every screen below is a capture of one real order: scanned at Terrace 1, verified by staff, accepted in the kitchen and tracked by the guest. The timestamps are from that order.
-
01 The QR card on the table One code per table, with your logo in the center. The link it opens identifies the table. -
02 A four-digit staff code The guest confirms they are at the table by entering a code staff read from their own screen. It expires after five minutes or five wrong attempts. -
03 The order reaches the kitchen with its table number The order arrives labeled T1. There is no countdown timer. Staff work in their own order, and payment is only charged when someone accepts. -
04 The guest tracks the order Sent, accepted, being prepared, each with its timestamp. No account and no app: the order link is all the guest needs. In this capture the guest pays at the counter, so nothing was charged online.
Guests pay on your page. The money goes to your Stripe account.
This is a screen recording of a guest paying for a $9.00 starter on a venue's page: review the order, enter the card, and the kitchen has it. Card details go to Stripe and never to us. The charge is made on the venue's own Stripe account.
Works on the devices you already own.
There is no MenuXpose hardware to buy, lease or wait for. Put an old monitor where the kitchen can see it, keep a tablet at the host stand, and use your own phone. Every screen shows the same data at the same moment, under one login.
Printable QR codes for your window, tables and receipts.
The app produces four print-ready pieces. Each one shows the guest a different message, because someone scanning from the sidewalk needs different information than someone seated at a table. Print them on your office printer or send the files to a print shop.
Get listed. Build your menu. Take payments.
Every feature is listed further down, under one of seven headings. These three are where most venues start.
A listing that is always current
Free, forever. Your XposeGo listing reads from the same catalog your kitchen edits, so it is never out of date.

Your menu in the guest's language
Two languages on the free plan, five on Pro and all eight on Elite. Translations are drafted by machine and approved by your staff. Allergens and diets work the same way: suggested, then confirmed by your kitchen.
Tables, orders and payment on one screen
Guests order from the QR code on their table and the kitchen sees the order instantly. Card payment is taken on your own page through Stripe and paid into your own account. The card is held when the guest orders and charged when the kitchen accepts.
No stale prices, even when the connection drops.
Menus, prices and sold-out flags are always loaded from the network and never from a cache, ours or the browser's, so a price you changed cannot come back from a cache. When the connection drops, the page a guest already loaded stays readable and shows exactly when it was loaded, so nobody mistakes it for current.
The guest keeps reading the menu they already loaded, with the time it was loaded shown. Nothing is presented as current.
Thirty-eight features, grouped by the job they do.
Thirty are on a price card. The other eight are included on every plan, free included, and do not appear on a price card. Every number here is the limit your account actually has.
Printed menu cards and the theme picker were removed from the plan months ago, so they are not listed. Where a line says in build, after launch or pending a partner, it is sold with the plan and not yet switched on. We list that here so you do not find out later.
One flat monthly price. No commission on orders from your page.
Most venues already pay $60 to $150 a month for a website, a designer and photo tools. Pro replaces that cost. Getting listed stays free on every plan.

Questions restaurant owners ask us.

No. Not on your own tables, and not on the ones XposeGo sends you. You pay a flat monthly price. There is no commission on orders placed on your page or through XposeGo. Delivery apps still charge their own commission on the orders they send you. We do not touch that money and we do not claim otherwise. If our policy ever changes we will say so plainly.
No. It runs in a browser on the tablet, laptop or phone you already own. If you want a printer at the pass, we will tell you which inexpensive models work, and you buy it wherever you like.
The menu a guest already loaded stays readable, with a timestamp showing when it was loaded. New orders need a connection, and we would rather tell you and your guests that ordering is down than take an order your kitchen will never see. Prices and sold-out flags are never served from a cache, so a price you fixed at 7 pm cannot reappear at 8:10 pm.
A machine drafts, a person approves. Nothing goes live in another language until someone at your venue reads it and approves it. Dish names keep their original language with an optional explanation, because Cacio e Pepe is not Cheese and Pepper Pasta. Allergens work the same way: we can suggest a dish contains nuts, only your kitchen can confirm it.
As little as possible. Ordering at a table needs a live session, not an account. No guest is tracked between venues. Floor data is cleared at close. What we keep becomes a count in your analytics, with no device identifiers.
You do not have to change everything at once. Start on the free plan so your menu is correct on your page and on XposeGo, then move orders and payments over when you are ready. Most venues we talk to already pay $60 to $150 a month for a website, a designer and photo tools. Pro replaces that cost instead of adding to it.
The United States and Canada at launch, for restaurants, cafés and bars. Europe, Australia and New Zealand follow. We open a country only when we can operate there lawfully.
Guests pay on your page through Stripe. When a guest taps Pay, the card is held and your kitchen has ten minutes to accept. Accepting charges the card. Refusing, or letting the time run out, releases the hold and the guest pays nothing. The charge is made on your own Stripe account, we take no commission on it, and Stripe's card fees apply as on any Stripe account.
